    We all know that prenatal multi vitamins are important during pregnancy.  But it's also important that they stay down so you can get the nutrients from them.  I love that Build Nutrition wasn't harsh on my stomach like some other prenatal vitamins are!  I also love that I only need to take one pill a day (I've had some previous prenatal vitamins that I had to take several times a day) with a meal, so it's easy to remember to take them.
