    I love how informative this book is!  It's full of advice for every pregnancy including high-risk pregnancies, natural births and more.  I love using it when I have a question between doctor visits, I just go to the index and find what I'm looking for.  I also love the extra tips it has in boxes throughout the book such as: Hey Mom!, Pregnancy Facts, Baby Talk!, Daddy Alert!, and Green From The Start.

EdenFantasys Has Some Great Products For Expectant And New Moms!

Cookies For Dinner by: Pam Johnson-Bennett and Kae Allen *Review and Giveaway*

    If I could give a one word review of this book it would be, amazing!  I absolutely loved Cookies For Dinner!  As a mother of a three year old and one on the way, I can relate to many of the stories Kae and Pam tell about their children in this book.  It didn't feel so much as I was reading a book as it did that I was listening to friends share their parenting stories (good and bad, because we all know you can't have one without the other) with me.  It made me laugh, cry (I think mostly because I'm pregnant, and everything makes me cry lol), and reminiscence about my own stores of Audrey growing up.
    Here's a little bit about Cookies For Dinner from the back cover:  The perfect antidote to all those "how to" books on motherhood.  Here's the truth about the poop capacity of the average car seat and what to wear on Chicken Pox Island.  Pam and Kae are good friends but total opposites.  Pam is a worrying germophobe and Kae stands by the philosophy that everyone will eat a pound of dirt in their lifetime.  In this collection of humorous essays, Pam and Kae come clean on motherhood...

Three Going On Thirteen....

    For all of you that have little 3 year old girls, do you have a problem with their attitude?  My daughter, who was fine during her "terrible twos" has recently developed some attitude issues.  And when I say issues, I'm not talking running around acting crazy, or just telling me no, when I tell her to do something.  I mean straight out back talk.  And it all just came out of no where!  I feel like I'm already raising a teenager, and am starting to feel like pulling out my hair!  I already hate that she is growing up too quickly, but to add the attitude on top of it, is enough to drive a person crazy!  So do any of you have any little girls or boys (of any age) that have an attitude like they should be going to through their changes of life?  If so I would love some tips on what I can do to help ease her problem! Oh and I hope everyone is getting excited for the Pregnancy/Baby Event!!  It will be starting VERY soon! :)  Are any of you currently expecting, or now someone who is?  If so, do you know what your having or do you want it to be a surprise?

It's A Boy!!

    We went to the hospital yesterday for my ultrasound, and blood work (two things I really don't like about being pregnant).  And we found out we're having a boy!  As you can tell from the picture above his little penis is sticking straight up lol.  So after what seemed like forever in the ultrasound room, I had to pee so bad the woman just went ahead and let me empty my bladder.  Yay, since that's the reason I hate ultrasounds, I mean seriously who wants to have a full bladder, and have someone press down on your stomach so hard you think your going to pee yourself?  So anyway Yay we're having a boy, and he's due Jan. 25th!!  Are any of you currently pregnant?  If so I would love to know when your due, and what your having!  Also we're now on the look out for some good boy names, so if you have any that you'd like to share.....we'd LOVE to know! :)

Bzzing Mom Is Expecting.....

    So what are we expecting here at Bzzing Mom?  A new car, house, website, giveaway....while all of that sounds great too, the answer would have to be hell to the no!  We are expecting a gift way better than any of those!  That's right, as if one wasn't enough we are having another baby!  So are we excited, yes very much so!  So much I pretty much have the whole birthing plan down, and names picked out for both a boy and girl!
    And all the wonderful memories of pregnancy are coming back one by one.....oh the morning sickness (which by the way is total crap I wish it was only in the morning!), the heartburn, and hormones, and I could probably name about a million other things.  But while pregnancy isn't my favorite thing in the world (I wish the stork really did bring babies!) there is nothing like holding that newborn baby in your arms for the first time after 9 (ok honestly like almost 10) months of waiting!
    So I would love to hear some of your wonderful, funny, and horrific stories of pregnancy, labor and birth and some tips too.  Because even though I have done this before, it was three (I can't believe it's been three years already!) years ago, and who doesn't love good tips from great moms!  I would also like to take this time to announce that starting this fall all through next fall I will be featuring items for pregnancy and baby, so be sure to be on the look out!  So if any brands, bloggers or WAHM's think you'd be a good fit I'll be looking for ads, guest posts, sponsored posts, review and giveaway items and more so please email me at rebeccamorgan@bzzingmom.com if your interested and would like more information!
    I also want to take this time to tell you my two biggest fears when I was pregnant with Audrey (be prepared they are pretty stupid) 1.)  I was so afraid my belly button would stick out, and would push it in word when I thought it was starting to come out (as if that would have helped lol)  it never did though thank goodness lol!  2.)  I was afraid my water would while standing in a store or somewhere public, so near my due date I started wearing thick pads in my underwear lol (this never happened either though)!  So I would love to hear some of your stories......

Where Did Bzzing Mom Go?

    I first want to start out with how sorry that I am that I have been absent.  And I know my absence wasn't just a two or three week absence, it was more of several months.  But I just want to explain myself, in hopes that you understand where I'm coming from.  When I first started blogging, it was something I did for fun, I loved being able type whatever I wanted and whatever I felt, and know that people felt the same way.  I was an amazing way to connect with other women, and moms and I've made some fantastic friends along the way.  But some where along the way, I began to see it as a chore, something I had to do.  I just had to get this post up, or right this review, or finish this giveaway.  And as most chores do I began to feel as if there was better things in my life I could be doing such as spending time with my family.
    So I have decided that I will begin blogging again, which means more of Bzzing Mom, more giveaways, more stories, and well everything that makes this blog so fantastic!  I will not be blogging everyday like I was before, but the several times a week that I do, will be filled with great stuff!  I hate seeing this wonderful thing I created just sit here and rust, and I hate thinking of it as a chore, so lets make it fun again! :D
